Title of project: The project itself - give us a description of what you want to achieve (about 500 words will do). Production - how will you get the project done? Who will be doing what and how will it be organised (including things like recruitment, responsibilities, handling the budget and a production schedule). This section is to show us that the project is feasible and realistic. Outcomes - what are the outcomes of your project and how will you exhibit, promote and distribute it? (a web site, video, installation, a launch event, distributor, mail shot, festival circuit, club night) Who is the primary audience you're aiming at (don't just put "anyone who turns up"). How will they benefit? Detail, detail! Legacy - after all the confetti has been swept away, will the project leave any lasting resource or structure behind? (like a piece of reusable software, equipment or maybe a new relationship with an outside organisation). Timetable: when do you hope to start the project and when do you hope to complete it? When do you hope to launch the project and how long will it run for? Your Experience - what special skills or previous experience can you bring to the project? (include any relevant CV information here on yourself and others). Partners - is there any other organisation involved in the project or who you would like to involve? Resources - what do you need in order to complete the project? (e.g. equipment, space, crew, expertise). Clearly state which things you need from us and which things you need from others.
Funding - how much extra cash will we need to raise to get the resources we need? Do you have any ideas about who to approach for this funding? Do you already have any funding? Evaluation - how will you know if the project has succeeded in its aims?
